Reserving the Matt Cole Room or Classroom
To request a room reservation in the Class of 1966 Environmental Center’s Matt Cole Room, conference room, or classroom, please email DeeDee (dlewis).

Matt Cole Room: Capacity 12 with comfortable chairs/couches and two working tables/chairs -
Classroom: Capacity 15 with a long working table/chairs and a projector setup. Space becomes available to book once course schedule for the semester is finalized. -
Conference room (107): Capacity 6, with a table/chairs
Reserving the Kitchen
The Environmental Center Kitchen can be used by approved student club leaders, faculty, and staff. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and sinks. At present, the kitchen may only be used by faculty, staff, TAs, and student club leaders.
If you are interested in using the Environmental Center Kitchen, please fill out this GoogleForm (Williams College members only) to sign up for a training. After completing your training, you will be able to reserve the kitchen yourself using Google Calendar. Please contact the Zilkha Center staff (zilkhacenter [at] williams.edu) with any questions.
